Researchers from Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, Viet Nam and China are invited to submit concept proposals for the April 2012 Regional Competition. The guidelines set out in the concept proposal form (download the form) must be followed strictly.

DEADLINE for Concept Proposals: December 30, 2011 (Singapore Standard Time)
NB: Only those whose concept proposals are accepted will be invited to submit a full proposal due on February 15, 2012.
