Specialization PhD courses – Climate and Environmental/Development Economics

The Environmental Economics Unit offers specialization courses in Environmental and Climate Economics. These courses are given every other year as part of the Sida funded PhD program. Apart from our own PhD students, we offer Sida funded scholarships to PhD students from developing countries.

Next opportunity is in the spring of 2014. We offer four consecutive courses beginning 20th January and ending 5th June, 2014. These courses are:

1. Climate Modelling and Energy Systems, 20th January - 19th February
2. Natural Resource Economics, 20th February - 21st March
3. Policy Instruments Design, 24th March - 29th April
4. Development Microeconomics, 5th May - 5th June
